We are not registered as an Australian business, we do not hold an ABN, and we are not registered for GST — our sales into Australia are below the A$75,000 threshold at which registration becomes compulsory. Our products are dispatched from our supplier's warehouses outside Australia.

None of this affects your rights: the Australian Consumer Law applies to goods supplied to consumers in Australia whoever the seller is and wherever they are based.
