We ship direct from our manufacturing partner’s warehouse in China, which is why the price is what it is and why it takes longer than a local warehouse would. An order with socks and a cushion ships together, in one tracked parcel. Ordering for a specific flight? Give yourself three weeks.
What if the product is not right?
Tell us within 90 days and we will make it right. This guarantee sits on top of your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, which cannot be excluded: our goods come with guarantees that you are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and to have goods repaired or replaced if they are not of acceptable quality.
Is shipping free?
Standard shipping (11 to 21 days) is free everywhere in Australia, on every order, with no minimum. Express shipping is optional and its price is shown at checkout.
Can I get both sock colours?
Yes. Each sock pack comes in one colour, black or beige, so just add one pack of each. The gel cushion comes in one colour, blue, and the travel pillow in five.
